Job Description:

As a Lead Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads for our contracting team's services. You will connect with new people through various means such as word of mouth, direct contact, door-to-door, and more. Our services include general contracting with a specialty in roofing, remodels, siding, decking, natural disaster repairs, tree removal, and more. Once the job has been completed, the Lead Advisor will connect again with their lead to confirm customer satisfaction and lock in a review.

Hours:

​As a Lead Advisor, you have the flexibility to control your own schedule. There are no set hours, so you can work at your own pace and choose the hours that work best for you. This allows you to balance your work and personal life in way that suits you best.

​Compensation:

​Our Lead Advisors are compensated through a straight commission format, which means that payment is made only after the job completed. Upon completion, our advisors receive a hefty commission of 10%. We believe that this incentivizes advisors to work hard and deliver the best results for our customers.
